Danielle De Silva

Join Danielle live at Lyrics Underground, Maylands on Thursday the 12th of August for an unforgettable night of heartfelt storytelling inspired by human expression, personal experience and faith. Danielle De Silva is a 21 year old singer/songwriter born in Sri Lanka and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Her soft, unique style draws influence from artists such as John Mayer, James Taylor, Dodie, Lizzy McApline, and Lennon Stella. She has recently graduated from the Western Australian Academy of  Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Diploma in Contemporary Performance(2020) and released her debut single titled, ‘The Player,’ in March 2021. She and her band performed for the WAM festival 2021 and are beginning to make their presence felt in the local music scene. Danielle’s music can be savoured by a multitude of people on various journeys.  Joining her on stage will be her talented siblings Mariah, Joshua and Joel on multiple instruments. Also featuring the incredible Kat Wilson, Leah Sara and Mariah & Josh. Danielle De Silva’s band launch is definitely not a night to miss!
